Am Homeless are dying around the cold fire on sidewalks Am Sharing stale bread, they are trying to survive alone Dm See the wealthy people afraid to get close these humble souls Am And teaching their children that they are dirty and dangerous G But life is sneaky and maybe one day your mirror will show you E Another homeless in the world

Am Toothless homeless people snore in the sun lying on the streets Am Stupefied by drugs they beg for clothes, change, food and love Dm In the midst of them a child smile at his fantasies Am We wake up in the hope that the gold will sweep away this scene G But what we see is a persecution of those who are really trying E To help the homeless in their hell
