Tuning is Down Half step (at least for me it was)
If you made me guess I'd say it sounds like
he is using a nylon guitar? What do I know?
Maybe his strings were just old ;)
Any notes with ( ) around them are optional, it sounds like
he's muting them, so you can do that too..

to me like he's doing some of the same picking as above but in this
chord progression

Then comes the Chorus i'm just gonna
cover the basic chords. He also plays
the part he plays under the quiet version
of the chorus up above, this is just the
distorted guitars chords.
P.s. About this, You can play this two ways
When he goes from Bm to A you can either
completely change from the Bm to the A chord
like normal OR you can still hold the Bm cord
but simply take your index finger off the A string
(2nd string 2nd fret) this works well too.. Also
I'm not positive of the E chord, I couldn't decide
if it wasn E or a G# but G# doesnt sound right and
E makes more sense :) Use your ear :)

Here's the quiet bridge part in the middle of the song
 I'm TOTALLY guessing here.. its pretty tough to hear it :)

                       (I just palm mute this and keep strumming it
                        its probably waaay off but it works, or you
                        can be fancy and every other strum use your
                        middle finger to hammer on the 3rd fret on
                        the E string and alternet between 2 and 3)
And coming out of that , again i'm guesing the best I can here
(distorted)

After the above part, go into the chorus a few more times
Then play the above part prety much the same (i think he
might hold the last chord a bit longer) and then
play this as the distortoin is fading..
