Occasionally hit the higher notes
after playing the chords, like this:

It doesn't have to be exact. You can play whatever note or
part of the chord you want and it will sound good.
There's room for improvisation here.
Then a second guitar comes in and plays the same thing:

by the synth guitar, which I will tab.

The bends are quarter step bends, which is basically bending to halfway between the
two notes, which are E and F in this instance. It's used a lot in blues playing
(listen to the main riff to Spoonful by Cream to get a good example). The bend is
only slight and doesn't have to be exact, so don't over-think it.
A second guitar comes in and harmonises the riff:

If you want to play both the normal and harmonised parts
together, then here they are combined. It's a bit tricky,
but here it is nonetheless:
