Begin halfway through first cycle of guitar 1's riff.
Listen to the song to get the exact rhythm.

after 2 cycles of guitar 1, do this instead:

Bass comes in here. This riff is doubled by one guitar
when the vocals start.

Play the above riff until the vocal line before the
chorus, and then do:

   (...and watch the rolling heads)
Now start playing bar chords on the twelfth fret,
loud and distorted.

Depending on which verse you are on, the above riff
will repeat either two or four times.
Now, guitar one will play this:

And guitar two will play this, rather quietly:

Repeat twice (...one more time around might do it)
Then this little line, in the same style as the
one above (all the repeats of the first two
chords omitted for brevity):
