Rhythm is confusing. It probably is just a matter of synchopation, but I see it as a 3/8 guitar part
and a 4/4 drum line polymeter.
You could also see it as eighth note triplets at 100 BPM.
There's many ways you can visualize it, but these are all examples if you do struggle with this.
