Monoloth

I did not tab this, I found it on a cached version of the old Polvo tabs website and figured it should be
here. So I cleaned it up and added the tuning instructions from Fast Canoe.

Tuning: GGBBBd#
Tune your guitar to G,G,B,B,B,D#.  Where the fiftth string G is an octave higher
than the sixth string G, the third and fourth string B's are in unison and the
second string B is an octave higher than the third and fourth string B's.
Also notice that this is a variation of Ash's tuning (G,G,C,C,C,E) which
he states that he uses on Exploded Drawing.
