  I'm still unsure about the third chord in there…
  Alright, now play that first riff again four times,
  Remember to add that hammer-on during the third time,
  And when you hit the fourth, add this:

  Strum that last E5 chord a few more times before changing it up.
  Then:
           "...a little more lasting than shame"

  Oh yeah! Now let that shit feedback and get ready to punch it.
  You'll need multiple guitars for the full effect..

  Feel free add in the E octave a fret up from that Eb on the A string.
