It's kinda hard to hear the individual strings but here's how I do.
There's also a lil hammer-on at the end...that I'm not including.

But right before the second riff kicks-in for the second time,
there's a little octave riff that I think goes like this:

I'm pretty sure there's also some lead bit played

And now back to that sweet chorus riff!

of the chorus riff. Almost as if you're playing open chords.

End on a nice sustained C       |-x-3-0-0-3-x-|
And that's it!
It's not perfect but it should suffice for those
