The decimal numbers in parentheses are natural harmonics.  2.4 is
the harmonic played 4/10 of the way into the second fret, etc.
End this phrase with three open D string (thickest string) dives down
(see (4))
(1) -  Pull up and vibrate note with whammy bar simultaneously
(2) -  That is a natural harmonic between the 3rd and 4th frets.
Pre-dive on the whammy and return slowly with the bar to the next note
(same one)
(3) - Dive and vibrato note with the whammy bar simultaneously
(4) - predive first open E to C#, then raise note to D#, then dive to
back to C#, raise to normal E, and then finish this stanza by diving to
slack
