The next verse plays the part I tabbed for "verse" immediately (no couple of seconds wait)
Then there is a heavier breakdown before the pre chorus, im not really sure about it

Lead guitar does a pickslide, then the solo
Its mostly bends, but I havent worked them out yet. The rhythm is same as above, but
palm mute it, so:

chorus, plays twice this time, but its the same as it always was.
