In verse 2, verse 5 strum the chords twice finishing with 8 strums then a stop
In verse 3, verse 6 strum the chords 8 times
In the breaks, after 2 strums of each chord there's a lick that's played on top of the cello:

For chorus 3 slowly strum or pick the notes of F and E, but play the E on 7th fret
In the bridge, the first time play the chords once, then twice finishing with 8 strums
