This is what I've been able to make out from the song
I play it in Drop D, but I think they recorded the whole album a half step down
Start off with a slide up the neck playing the G and D strings, then play this

This lead is played over the two previous parts...

or you could play it like this if you don't like too much neck movement

Bend on the Fs (low d-3) and Gs (low d-5), maybe throw in a pinch harmonic or two.
I think there's a few variations on this part, but this is the common idea

Now for the part that puts the BA in billy BA

                                                This is just how to transition to the
                                          beginning of the riff. let that low D ring
                                          as long as possible, preferably until you hit
                                          the F (low d-3)
