This is basically the start of Welcome To The Fold. It's just the root
notes of the first two chords from the main riff.
Now this is the little it you play. You're best off playing this with a tremolo
arm if you have one. If not then use you can use a slide. If not then just use
your finger to slide. It sounds like some pretty smooth sliding though, so he
didn't use his finger. I think he may have used some kind of pitchshifting effect.
But if you can't afford all this stuff, (I can't) then a slide doesn't cost much.
It's only a piece of metal or brass or even glass.
So anyway, here it is.... You might wanna use a slight delay on that if you can.
This really is nothing special on its own, so just play it going
in to Welcome To The Fold.
