There are a lot of parts to this song. If you're doing it solo, I would just stick to the chords.
Verse: Play three times.

Pre-Chorus: Play twice using these chords.

Chorus: Play four times using these chords.
Note* I usually hit the lower notes first with my thumb on downstrokes,
and then the higher notes with my first finger as upstrokes;
I think it sounds closest to what he does. This song is a lot better without a pick,
as is a lot of his other acoustic work.
If you aren't good with fingerpicking, his stuff is great for practicing with.

During the second pre-chorus, this is also played.

Bridge: Play this progression three times,

and then the fourth time:

"But it's too late to save you now, 'cause I'm..." (Keep strumming last chord for "'cause I'm...")
This is also heard simultaneously, with effects:

"...floating downstream on those haunted rivers..." "...falling asleep among the charred remains."
I'm not entirely sure though about this part being played in the background during the bridge.
