Legend - I suggest looking over it, there are some descriptions, as well as special cases.
 /  - Slide Right (If only 1 number just slide from anywhere towards it left to right)
 \  - Slide left (If only 1 number just slide from anywhere towards it right to left)
 ^  - Bend (5^7= bend the 5 fret until it sounds like 7, or 5^ = quick bend)
(~) - Vibrato (5(~) = Wiggle the string shown)
(5) - Natural Harmonic (Just put your finger lightly over the actually fret)
<5> - Artificial Harmonic (You pick the string and let your thumb touch as well while
holding the fret shown)
 x  - Mute that string
 .  - Palm Mute (Mute the note shown with picking hand palm, the '.' is under the note)
 h  - Hammer On (ie..3h5 = pic the 3rd fret and then hammer your finger into the 5th
without picking)
 p  - Pull Off (opposite of hammer on, 5p3 = pic the 5th while holding the 3rd as well,
then pull your finger of the 5th)

NOTE: Let the Keep repeating the first part as needed.
      What Dan is doing is going up and down the string
      with the pic while playing Artificial Harmonics.
      This gives the alternating pitch on the 5 fret note
      while also grazing up and down on the string with the
      pic to produce the tube like sound in the background
      It is the best idea I could come up with, sounds pretty
      good.

NOTE: Only mute the E (C in this Tuning) and A (G in this Tuning) strings, always sound
the obiviously un-muted notes. Repeat as needed. Try using up Strokes on the unmuted
notes to get them to sound out much better then a downward as that note will be hit before
the muted string under it.
