Intro:
Ronan (I think) plays this 6 times throughout the intro:

After the second time, Kieran comes in with this twice:

Verse:
Ronan plays the same riff throughout the verse:

When the vocals come in, Kieran I believe plays a C octave to the beat of Ronan's riff, but either way this works quite well:

Except when it gets to the line "When we move in time with the music..." he starts
strumming it straight through:

Pre-chorus:
You could say this is part of the verse, but I'd call it the pre-chorus. This is the
part that goes "So if you gotta go, will you leave it on?"
Judging from who plays the other parts, I'd say Ronan plays this bit:

While Kieran plays the C octave over this as well:

Kieran plays this over it, the first little riff is played five times, then a slight
pause, and then played again.
This is done 3 times, so a total of 15 times before the last part of the riff each time:

And over that Kieran plays the C octave again, to the same beat as the other guitar:

Then it goes into the "Beautiful time right now" bit, but you just play the same thing
as in the chorus for it.
It ends with Ronan's original riff, and Kieran's guitar is just letting the high e
string ring out (or the B at the 5th fret, but more likely the e string):
