This song really caught my attention the first time I heard it.  It
didn't take long to tab out.  Here are the symbols I use:
*=natural harmonic
h=hammer on
p=pull off
s=slide
b=bend
~=vibrato
w=whammy bar
^=accent

The main riff is repeated 4 times, but the fill changes each time:

And then the song moves to the chorus:

Then a mini-solo is played followed by the chorus again which is

After the second mini-solo, a variation of the chorus is played.

This variation is immediatley followed by the next part, Riff 2.

After Riff 2, several solos follow.  The solos are separated by
Riff 2, which is supported by the bass.

After the solos are played, the drums start to build speed while
the guitar plays this.

This part gets faster with the drums.  When the drums reach their
fastest, the guitar part changes.
Outro

This part is repeated several times, speeding up each time, finally
matching speed with the drums.  Tremelo picking is required.  Then
the drums and bass and guitar all stop. Two beats later, the
guitar enters with this:

The song is repeated with variations of the fills, mini-solos, and
solos.  The outro repeats, but instead of going back into the song,
the guitar ends on an E chord with feedback.  Listen to the song and
you can pick out the variations.
