During the intro, some heavy echoing guitar. Some notes could be tabbed
'too much'. Also, it could be that he used a whammy or octaver or whatever,
as he goes fairly high up on the neck. For notes higher than the 21st fret,
you could just lower it 12 frets.

One minute into the song, the singing starts. I think there are multiple
layers of guitar:
1) palm-muted

These continue for a while. It will stop somewhere.
At the end of the second time these are played, this tiny riff
starts and 'the' riff starts right after:

Singing starts again, about some island. Not sure if there is any guitar here,
but you could play these chords (maybe move them up an octave for variation):

Riff 2 comes in again. However, I think it sounds slightly different, maybe
one or two notes. Nothing to care too much about.
After that, 'the' riff comes back, riff 2 will come back again and is played
simultaneously.
'The' riff, however, will change a bit. From the moment both riffs are played
together:
