There are various notes thrown around on the guitar behind the above bassline. I can't make them out as clearly as I'd like to (there are, afterall, a lot of sounds coming at you in their songs -- with the band comprised of 10-12 members.
Then back to the main guitar riff Then to the main bassline again. (There are lots of weird guitar noises and feedback in the key of D played over the bass). As the song is nearing its end (around the 4:05 mark), one guitar is playing this riff with some weird effect:
