I've tried to tab the rhythm of the chords out for the chorus as best I can. This tab probably isn't 100% correct, but it works for me
t = tremolo pick (strum/pick really fast) \ = slide down / = slide up ^ = half bend ^^ = full bend ^^^ = Just bend as far as you can ~ = vibrato x = mute INTRO

There is a bit of lead guitar in the background which I've tabbed out here (I'm not 100% sure of this either, but it sounds okay)
