Hey! I figured this out a while ago, and just saw the site, and figured I'd submit it,
it helps.
The strumming patterns are much easier to learn just listening to the songs, so I'll
you the chords and licks, and let you put them together.
A lot of left hand muting is used in the strumming patterns, but that's pretty easy to
out from listening also.
Chords for the song

Intro: E (intro lick one)  B  Ebminor  F#   (intro transition lick)
        E (Intro lick one)  B  Ebminor  F#   (intro transition lick)

(last part of this can also be played 11 11h12)
Verse: B (Verse Riff A)
          B (Verse Riff B)
          B (Verse End Riff)
   The part of the verse with riff's a or b is played 11 times before being played with
riff, the order is as follows (B means the verse part with riff b, A means the
verse part with riff a):
                   B A A B B A A A A B A End Riff

Chorus: F#      E       (times 4)    Chorus end riff

Then back to the Verse, after playing the Riffs twice, stop on the B chord for a
then continue with the verse as usual
Chorus again, same as first time
Bridge/Outro?:  This is probably the toughest part of the song to get to sound right,
the same chord progressions throughout, but they change the strumming pattern to get
a different sound during part of it.  Again this is easiest to learn by listening to the
though
             Progression: B Ebminor (quick slide into: ) E (strum, then slide into: ) F#
  many times
Outro (same as intro except for final chords)
        E (intro lick one)  B  Ebminor  F#   (intro transition lick)
