Conventional Symbols
   h = hammer on.

   x = play 'note' with heavy damping.
  (x)= Ghost note: where x is a hardly heard note.
(7)b9= Pre Bend: Fret the first bracketed note bent up to 9
       and pick.
 5___=Unison bend, hold the 5 and bend the 7 up to the pitch of
 7b   the 5
 >volume swell up

Try to flange the notes so tht they "croak" If possible
pinch harmonics can be used to emphasise these notes
Where possible I have shown the notes that result form these sounds
without the special techniques needed
